The provider has a sustainability policy detailing the hotel’s sustainable practices, suggestions for sustainble guest behavior, and any prohibed guest behavior in place to protect the enviornemnt. This policy should be made available to guests in a clear and easily accessible manner, available on the company’s website, and could also be put on hotel pamphlets, restaurant menus, room keys, in rooms, displayed on TVs, etc.
